​ Expo Park Lofts is situated only one block away from the Expo Park/USC Station for the L.A. Metro Expo Line and qualifies for a Tier 3 “Transit-Oriented Community” (TOC) designation. It is also conveniently located one block away from the local DASH route that serves within the USC-Exposition Park and the Figueroa Corridor.
